Notable projects:

  • Developed the brand, messaging, and email communication strategy for Guitar Center’s largest growing business with 5.8 million subscribers. Conducted research on industry standards and examined our key audience and their behaviors (proposal included in portfolio).

  • Led a brand refresh of Musician’s Friend email design (2.6 million subscribers) creating a 9% increase in net sales. Examined industry trends and consumer research to inform the new design. Collaborated across departments to execute the project and ensure a smooth transition.

  • Wrote and edited national consumer-facing content, telling the stories of small businesses across the United States, and distributed to an audience of over 500,000.
